Discuss your worries in a video consultation

If the symptom checker suggests you should see your GP, you can schedule an appointment for a video consultation with your doctor directly via the app for many complaints. In a video consultation, your GP will discuss your complaints with you in a video call and advise you on the next steps. This way you immediately know if you should make a follow up appointment with your GP, and if you should do anything to prepare, like keeping a symptom diary or arranging a blood test.
