Cross-functional collaboration is the cornerstone of our success!

At Quin, we use the Spotify model to set up our teams into "expertise chapters" and follow agile development lifecycles from Sprint-Planning to Retrospective. With your chapter you’ll talk about the process, coding standards, and best practices. Part of our culture is learning from each other and then sharing what we've learned in regular sessions.

Besides that, you’ll be part of autonomous, cross-functionial 6-9-person team that work on one feature at a time. Each team has a unique mission that leads their work, designers to define the journey, backend and frontend engineers to bring thoughts to functional solutions, QA to test the quality, an agile coach to provide assistance, a product owner, and a product analyst to provide direction.

With this way of working, we believe we boost innovation and productivity by emphasizing on autonomy, communication, accountability, and quality.
